The site has an exceptional location in central Paris (France), served by both private and public transport networks. It comprises a classical set of two buildings with the attributes of classical Haussmann style (built in 1887) and it includes an original gem: a fresco signed by the famous French artist known by the name of "Sem."

Balzac REIM and Credit Suisse Asset Management are planning a state-of-the-art, complete refurbishment: retaining original façades, upgrading interiors to offer large floor plates enhanced to modern standard, along with the creation of top-floor terraces with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower. The project consists of delivering a mixed-use building, mainly offices with retail units on the ground floor. Pierre Charron is also aiming to feature the following ESG labels:
